Flag Football (Ages 6-12):

This is a great program for children of all ages to help understand & learn the basics of football.  While this is a flag version of the game, children will learn the essential skills needed to succeed such as passing, catching, kicking, & various game strategies.  This class is perfect for both beginners as well as experienced football players who want to sharpen their skills.

 

Ages 9-12:  Monday 5:30pm-7pm 

 


Basketball (Ages 6-12):

The TEAMWORKS Basketball Program allows participants to get game experience, develop teamwork & most importantly have FUN while learning the game of basketball.  Dribbling, passing, shooting, defense, & positioning are just some of the skills that will be covered in this program.

 

Ages10-12: Wednesday 6pm-7pm

 


Rugby (Ages 8-13):

Our popular flag rugby program is back!  Whether you have played rugby before or are interested in learning the game, this clinic is for you.  Sessions will include both instruction on the basics of the game along with 7 on 7 games on our outdoor turf.

 

Sunday Noon-1:30pm

Cheerleading (Ages 8-13):

Get that winning spirit in full gear with our popular Cheerleading Program!   Participants will learn basic cheers, stunts and tumbles.  This class is perfect for both beginners as well as experienced cheerleaders.  Enthusiasm & smiles are a must!!Sneakers are required for this class.

 

Wednesday 4pm-5pm

Outdoor Adventures Program (Ages 10-13):

The TEAMWORKS Outdoor Adventures Program is designed for children interested in challenging & fun activities.  Each week children will be put to the test in various activities including: rock climbing, high course challenges, low course challenges, archery, teambuilding & more.  This program will push your fears while helping you to believe in yourself through the support and trust of others.

 

Thursday 4pm-5:30pm

 

Sessions 1 & 5 ONLY!! 

 


Boys Lacrosse (Ages 6-12):

Our boys lacrosse program is designed to teach players the basic fundamentals of the game.  Players will learn skills such as cradling, stick handling, ground balls, passing, shooting, face-offs, & goal-tending.  They will then be able to use these skills in various games.

 

Ages 9-12: Monday 5pm-6pm

 

Required Equipment: Sticks, helmets, & gloves 

 


Girls Lacrosse (Ages 6-12):

Girls will learn the basics of lacrosse in a fun environment.  They will learn cradling, passing, shooting & much more.

 

Ages 9-12:  Monday 5pm-6pm

 

Required Equipment:  Sticks, goggles, & mouth guard 

 


TEAMGirl (Ages 6-12):

TEAMGirl is a new program offered for girls.  Each week will offer a different theme that the program will be based around.  They will learn a variety of skills from self-defense to jump rope to maintaining a healthy lifestyle while being able to socialize with their peers and most of all HAVE FUN!

 

Tuesday 5pm-6pm 

 

 


Completely Active (Ages 7-12):

The CATZ Completely Active Program was designed by CATZ coaches David Jack & Jim Liston who are regarded as national experts on youth fitness according to Men’s Health Magazine.  Inspired by P.E. & athletic development based curriculum, the program will improve your child’s fitness, coordination, & movement patterns during the 60-minute class.  The environment is encouraging, supportive, & fun to motivate children to embrace a healthy lifestyle.  Lat year’s pilot study with Tufts Healthcare successfully achieved these goals.
