All Sports (Ages 2-5):
All Sports is designed for younger participants to focus on motor skills, basic sport skills, social skills & increasing self-esteem all while having FUN. This program offers multiple levels to accommodate for different ages & abilities. Each week offers a different sport.
Jump Start (Ages 2-3):
Tuesday or Thursday 10am-11am
Rookies (Ages 3-4):
Tuesday or Thursday 11am-Noon
Intro Soccer (Ages 2-5):
TEAMWORKS Introductory Soccer program is designed for children ages 2-5 to develop basic soccer skills such as dribbling, passing, shooting, & game play. Each week focuses on a different aspect of the game & develops those skills through exciting games & activities. While developing a basic knowledge of the game is a goal, the main purpose of these classes is to have FUN!

Thursday 1:30pm-2:30pm
Rookies (Ages 3-4):
Monday-Friday 11am-Noon
Thursday 1:30pm-2:30pm
Monday 4pm-5pm
Introductory Flag Football (Ages 3-5):
DOWN… SET… HIKE! Learn to play like a Patriot! This is a fun program where children learn the basic football skills along with strategy and positioning. There are two levels offered.
Rookies (Ages 3-4):
Wednesday 11am-Noon
Introductory T-Ball (Ages 3-5):
The TEAMWORKS T-Ball program is for those starting to get interested in baseball. Participants will learn the basic skills through fun activities and games. Some of these skills include hitting, throwing, catching, & base running.
