Associate Sports Director:.

Teamworks Acton is seeking a self-motivated person to join our team. Applicants must display a willingness to sell all programs via phone, email, and face to face with potential customers. This position is for a Manager in Training and the scope is to understand the entire business, provide exemplary customer service and develop into a Director position. Duties include:
• Assist/lead in recruiting for youth and adult leagues.
• Participate in the day to day operations of the leagues, clinics, camps, events, birthday parties, tournaments and rentals programs.
• Manager on Duty shift coverage during the youth soccer season (Oct-Apr).
• Other duties will be determined by skill set and company needs.
Schedule flexibility is a must with nights and weekend shifts required depend on the season. Full time position, competitive salary based on experience, with benefits.

Teamworks kitchen serves pizza, grilled, and fried food. Looking for reliable kitchen staff able to work Monday-Friday evening and/or weekend hours.
Prior kitchen experience prefered but not a must.

Possible shift hours: Monday thru Friday 4:30pm-1:00am; Saturday 9am – midnight; Sunday 9am – midnight.

Individuals must be 17 + and able to work efficiently and fast.


Seeking part-time, weekend front desk / customer service candidates starting in Sept/Oct.
The preferred candidate should have direct customer contact experience, cash handling experience, data entry skills. This candidate should possess a pleasant, welcoming and outgoing personality to our customers. Applicant must also have the ability to change tasks and prioritize importance of the daily responsibilities should different customer request or need arise. A strong work ethic, an eagerness to learn, a dependable nature and reliable transportation are a must.
